Four times a year we bring a small, hand-picked group of the strongest technical founders together to build in person — for one week to one month. Each residency is vertically specific. No equity, no cost, and no catch.

We don't just offer advice; we help you close rounds. Our team includes active VCs who understand the intricacies of fundraising, and we provide direct, hands-on support to get capital in the door. If it's not VC, we help you define the most sensible fundraising structure — and introduce you to the right people for it.

We take no equity. Our focus is singular: empowering you to build your company, and growing a movement rather than a cap table. Residencies include fully paid-for rentals and home-cooked food — healthy lunches and dinners to help you run your marathons, made by the Pluto team. Think Korean BBQ and Chinese mapo tofu.
